During this retreat you learn practical lessons on how yoga, meditation and NLP will allow you to:

During the retreat we will practice yoga in the morning using a variety of different yoga styles: Asthanga, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. We will have coaching classes and NLP sessions in the afternoon. The yoga classes are suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.
These techniques will allow your mind to Lean In to an oasis of peace and love within your heart and mind. Morning yoga and meditation classes will be held at Vikasa Yoga Retreat. All meditation and yoga classes are held at an open studio overlooking the clear blue waters of the Gulf of Thailand. In the afternoon you we will learn various NLP practices with Candice which will allow you to shift beliefs which no longer serve you, rewire destructive thought patterns and reset your life so you can lean in to the truest version of you. These workshops will be held at various idyllic spots allowing us to shift our perception.
