I’m so excited to teach at WonderLove Festival in Kuala Lumpur on the 9th of March 2019. This Yin class would allow you to go deep within yourself. Breath deeply, relax your body and take the time to sink into the opening within each asana. It will calm you down immensely and leave you feeling grounded and entered in your body. Yin Yoga is a mindful practice that targets the connective tissue of the hips, pelvis, chest and the spine where we usually hold lots of tension and stress. Yin postures are held for three to five minutes which gives the body an opportunity to open and release tension from deeper tissues. We live in a extremely yang world where we are constantly doing, moving, and stressing out systems without having time to rest, relax and simply be. This class allows you to tap into your yin energy inviting you to surrender, let go and nourish your body, mind and soul.
