The concept of Yin and Yang is becoming increasingly more well-known, as it is in the Eastern world where the need for balance is better understood. Our purpose is to balance these yin and yang energies through yoga practice, providing a perfect balance of relaxation and healing alongside increased energy, mental and physical strength.

This Yin & Yang Yoga Course is designed to bring balance to your yoga practice, so apply the principles of the Tao into your daily life. This course is the beginning of a journey that will take you deeper into wholeness and help you bring a new perspective to life!

 Yin & Yang Yoga program consists of 90-minute Yin & Yang asana practices and 2 Yoga Nidra practices.
