Alicia Casillas is an international yoga teacher, Reiki Master Teacher, and women’s embodiment mentor with over 15 years of experience.

Her path includes:

Professional athlete background (national swimming team)
International teaching career across Europe and Asia
Training hundreds of certified yoga and Reiki teachers worldwide
Specialization in Yin Yoga, nervous system regulation, and feminine embodiment
Experience supporting conscious pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum healing

Today, Alicia teaches globally online and in person from Bali, guiding teachers, healers, and women to live and work in deep alignment with their truth.
