Deep Rest · Somatic Awareness · Learn to Teach Yin Yoga
Join us in Ubud, Bali for a 65-Hour Somatic Yin Yoga Teacher Training created for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect with the body, and learn how to guide others into deep rest and gentle awareness.
Held at The In Movement Studio, this Yoga Alliance Continuing Education training brings together Yin Yoga, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, fascia education, and energetic awareness in a supportive and nurturing learning environment.
This training offers both a professional certification and a meaningful personal journey.
About the Training
Yin Yoga invites us to move at a quieter pace and develop a more compassionate relationship with the body. Through long-held postures and mindful attention, the practice can support nervous system balance, emotional wellbeing, and healthy mobility of the joints and connective tissue.
This training approaches Yin Yoga through a somatic and energetic lens, helping you understand how the practice supports both physical and subtle layers of experience.
You will learn how to create Yin Yoga classes that feel safe, accessible, and deeply restorative for a wide range of students.
