The therapeutic practice of Yin Yoga has been proven to enhance both physical, mental, and emotional well–being. This course is an opportunity to unwind the body, calm the mind and feel an overwhelming sense of peace within through Yin Yoga and mindfulness practices.

In addition to the Yin Yoga & mindfulness sessions, you will get two Yoga Nidra sessions to help us harmonize your mind and body through a deep state of relaxation.

This program consisting of 14 Yin Yoga & Mindfulness sessions of 90 min each and 2 extra bonus Yoga Nidra sessions.
