This Is for Those Who Are Ready to Go Deeper
Maybe you’ve been teaching but feel like you’re giving from an empty cup.
Or maybe you’re just beginning, and you sense there’s more to this work than poses, scripts, or playlists.
You’re not here for surface level fixes.
You’re here because you’re tired of bypassing.
Because you want to feel regulated in your own body, clear in your emotions, and grounded in your voice, whether or not you ever step in front of a class.
This 4-week journey is for people like you: those who want to do their own inner work first, and from that place of honesty and stillness, share something real.
Why We’re Offering This
We created this program because we’ve been where you are.
Anthony has sat with men who’ve burned out trying to “hold space” while their own nervous systems were in survival.
Alicia has watched students perform yoga while disconnected from their breath, their bodies, their truth.
We believe true teaching doesn’t come from technique alone, it comes from presence earned through practice.
So we’ve designed a space where your healing and your teaching are not separate.
Where you’re invited to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself first.
This isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming real.
Time Zone & Accessibility
Live sessions will be held at 4 PM Bali / 8 AM UK / 9 AM Spain
All live calls will be recorded and available within 24 hours. You don’t need to attend every live session to fully participate.
How It Unfolds
Over 4 weeks, from 6-28 June 2026, you’ll move through a blend of live sessions and self-paced sessions:
Together, Live (2x per week)
Breathwork circles with Anthony: Guided breath journeys to meet tension, release stored emotion, and return to your centre, including teaching techniques, multiple breathwork practices for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and performance enhancing.
Yin yoga sessions with Alicia: Deep, slow practice to restore your nervous system and reconnect with your inner healer, including meditation and pranayamas.
These are not lectures. They’re shared experiences held with care, silence, and space for whatever arises.
On Your Own Time (5 recorded sessions per week)
Each week, you’ll receive five, focused recordings you can move through at your own pace:
Technique breakdowns (breath patterns and yin postures)
Nervous system regulation practices for daily life
Guided reflections and journal prompts
Teaching considerations for those feeling the call to share
There’s no rush. No performance. Just practice, integration, and returning to yourself.

I am dedicated to guiding others to discover peace within and have the confidence, clarity, and motivation to achieve their calling in life.
