Pranayama Fundamentals Course

Our primary source of energy comes through the breath. It is even believed in the yogic tradition that slower breathing can increase the longevity of our life. The breath significantly impacts our body and mind, affecting our thoughts, emotions, and bodily functions. Just one breath, when performed consciously, can positively change and re-balance our physiology.
Our breath is the most powerful tool we have, and we will learn how to use our breath to induce states of deep relaxation and peace from within.
During this pranayama course, we will explore different breathing techniques to help us to quiet our minds, de-stress, release tension and find balance and equilibrium through our breath.
This course consisting of 6 Pranayama sessions and 2 extra bonus Yoga Nidra sessions.
