This series consists of five Vinyasa Flow sessions


Move your heart, body, and mind through these embodied yoga practices rooted in the five elements according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. These practices are dynamic, flowing, and energetic, incorporating Vinyasa sequences and embodiment practices to feel from the inside out. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced students can be challenged in the same class.
